We Deeply Mourn | The Passing of Mst. Rokshana Begum

Phoenix Insurance PLC is deeply shocked and saddened at the sad demise of Mst. Rokshana Begum, Sponsor Director of the Company and wife of Late Mr. Deen Mohammad, the Former Chairman, and mother of Mr. Mohammed Shoeb, Chairman of the Company. She passed away on 8th July, 2026 (Innalillahe-Wa-Inna-Illaihe-Rajeun). She was 79. Mst. Rokshana Begum was the most cherished woman of the entire Phoenix family. Her long-standing dedication and successful collaboration with the Company will always inspire us. We remain deeply grateful for her wholehearted support toward our continued progress. Her eternal journey has left a permanent void in the minds of all who were associated with her. We express our heartfelt condolence and sympathy to the members of the bereaved family and pray to the Almighty Allah for the eternal peace of her departed soul.
